Scope of Services

High Vibes Healing provides professional massage therapy, bodywork, sound healing, and wellness services. Services are not a substitute for medical care. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Informed Consent & Health Information

• You agree to provide accurate health information and to update us about any changes (injuries, medications, conditions, pregnancy, etc.).
   

• The practitioner may decline or modify services for safety/contraindications.
   

Booking, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

• Rescheduling/Cancellation: Please give 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee.
   

• Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Up to the full session amount may be charged.
   

• Late Arrivals: Sessions may be shortened to honor the schedule and will be charged as booked.
   

Payments, Packages & Add‑Ons

• Prices are shown on the site and may change without prior notice.
   

• Packages (e.g., 6- or 12-session series) are non-transferable and typically expire 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
   

• Add‑ons (e.g., Rapé Integration, Deep Stretch, Herbal Tea & Reflection, Handpan Sound Journey, Deep Tissue) are optional enhancements and can be added based on availability and suitability.
   

Professional Boundaries

• This is a professional therapeutic practice. Draping and boundaries are strictly maintained. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full charge.
   

Refunds

• Sessions rendered are non-refundable. Prepaid packages may be refundable at our discretion before any sessions are used, minus processing fees.
   

Liability

• By booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks of massage/bodywork and agree to release High Vibes Healing and its practitioners from liability except in cases of gross negligence as permitted by law.
   

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; changes will be posted with a new Effective Date.
